Principal Engineer, Platform & Architecture

NatWest Group is seeking a Principal Engineer to design and engineer software with customer experience as the primary objective. You will contribute to our architecture and engineering centre of excellence, collaborating to raise the bank’s software engineering capability and gain valuable stakeholder exposure.

You’ll lead the production and prototyping of innovative ideas, work with architects to validate and scale designs, and drive automation across build, test and deployment while elevating
