Principal Financial Analyst

To support the rapidly scaling Marketplace Fulfillment business, the full-time remote Principal Financial Analyst will manage complex analyses, forecasting, and financial models while partnering with senior leaders to drive profitable growth and enhance financial transparency. Key responsibilities Lead pre-deal financial analytics, building models to size ramps and break-even points while identifying operational constraints Drive assortment expansion decisions by modeling sell-through and cost-to-serve across fulfillment paths Own and scale the quote engine by designing cost-to-serve models that translate brand scope into automated quotes Required qualifications 6-10+ years of experience in FP&A, strategy, or operations analytics within eCommerce or marketplace environments Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Excel, with strong capabilities in Power BI and experience with cloud data warehouses Proven experience in developing scalable economic models and quoting frameworks Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear narratives Strong collaboration skills and an owner's mindset to navigate ambiguity and deliver results
