This principal-level architect guides Synechron’s Canada Financial Services practice across complex consulting engagements. The work combines enterprise architecture, technical leadership, code-level review, and regulatory expertise. Key domains include cloud platforms, AI/ML, data, APIs, security, and integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead architecture standards across Canada financial services engagements
  • Review designs against OSFI, PIPEDA, and AML/KYC requirements
  • Lead architecture decision boards and document trade-offs
  • Review architecture-critical code and infrastructure-as-code
  • Mentor delivery architects through technical collaboration

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • 15+ years enterprise architecture and technology leadership experience
  • 10+ years financial services experience
  • 8+ years consulting experience with C-suite engagements
