As a Principal Full Stack Software Engineer, you will create production-grade experiences within Agent Factory’s senior, cross-functional AI teams. You will connect user-facing products, resilient backend services, and AI-driven capabilities across HR and Finance workflows. The work supports scalable, reliable systems for customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build full stack features powering AI agents in HR workflows
• Deliver agent capabilities embedded in Financial workflows
• Own services and experiences through development and production
• Collaborate with machine learning engineers and product managers
• Mentor teammates and raise the pod’s technical bar

Requirements:

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• 5+ years with Python web development frameworks
• 5+ years working with relational databases
• Experience operating SaaS products in cloud environments
• Hands-on Docker and Kubernetes experience
