You will mentor engineers, drive best practices, and help scale products across multiple teams. Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of large-scale software solutions that support critical business capabilities
  • Shape technical architecture and engineering standards across multiple products and teams
  • Build modern, cloud-native applications with scalable and resilient design
  • Contribute across the full technology stack from UI to APIs and backend services
  • Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance on complex initiatives
  • Drive software quality, performance, security, and maintainability best practices
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Architecture to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Support continuous improvement through modern DevOps and Agile practices
Key requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Significant experience delivering software solutions at Principal Engineer level
  • Strong expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, and Angular or comparable modern front-end technologies
  • Experience building backend services using Node.js or similar technologies
  • Proven experience designing and developing complex distributed systems
  • Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and engineering best practices
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
  • Experience developing and deploying microservices-based applications
  • Strong understanding of high-availability, scalability, and performance optimization concepts
