Principal Global Portfolio Management

Lead strategic portfolio management in Montreal through investment governance, portfolio analytics, and global engineering oversight. Support decisions across product development initiatives.

As a senior individual contributor and strategic expert, this Principal reports to the SVP, Global Engineering & Products. The role oversees global engineering and product development portfolios, aligning investments with corporate priorities, market opportunities, financial objectives, and resources. It partners with Product Management, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain consolidated global engineering and product development portfolios
• Establish investment prioritization and portfolio governance frameworks
• Develop executive dashboards and performance recommendations
• Model resource capacity, demand, constraints, and allocation scenarios
• Coordinate stage-gate reviews and portfolio reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, finance, or related discipline
• Ten to fifteen years of relevant professional experience
• Experience overseeing complex engineering and product development portfolios
• Strong financial modeling and investment prioritization capabilities
• Proficiency with advanced Excel, Power BI, and reporting systems
