Principal High Speed Hardware Engineer

Design ultra high-performance electronic products as a Principal Hardware Engineer, specializing in high-speed signaling and complex electrical systems.

Own complete EE hardware design within a One Person One Board culture. This Principal-level position covers products from inception through volume production. Collaborate with Hardware, ASIC, Signal, Mechanical, Thermal, Diagnostic, Packaging, and Manufacturing engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver ultra high-performance electronic products
• Create BOMs and participate with vendor negotiators
• Complete circuit, board design, development, and validation
• Support customer trials, field issues, and product sustaining
• Provide technical leadership to a small design team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
• 12+ years of related experience
• Experience with 112G+ SerDes signaling
• Experience with 1kW+ PCB power and thermal issues
• Experience owning complex products through volume production
