Principal Information Systems Architect

As Principal Information Systems Architect, you will guide customers through complex technology decisions to design secure, scalable cloud, infrastructure, storage, and data protection solutions. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, shaping end-to-end architectures and governance across enterprise programs. Collaborating with delivery teams and executives, you’ll translate business challenges into practical modernization and transformation initiatives. This role offers impact in large, multi-stakeholder environments and opportunities to influence strategic IT roadmaps.

• Lead workshops and discovery sessions to capture business challenges and objectives
• Translate needs into scalable cloud, infrastructure, storage, and data protection solutions
• Design end-to-end architectures aligned with security, operational, and financial requirements
• Act as technical lead for complex projects and transformation initiatives
• Develop technology roadmaps and long-term IT strategies for enterprise customers
• Provide architectural governance throughout solution lifecycle
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful implementations
• Support account and sales teams with technical expertise during engagements
• Build relationships with stakeholders from technical teams to executive leadership
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities within complex IT environments
• Advise on modernization, cloud adoption, security, resiliency, backup, and disaster recovery strategies

• 10+ years of experience in IT Architecture, Enterprise Infrastructure, Cloud Architecture, or Solution Architecture
• Proven experience delivering solutions in complex enterprise environments
• Strong experience with cloud platforms, hybrid cloud architectures, and infrastructure modernization
• Experience with enterprise storage, file services, backup, and recovery solutions
• Experience working with medium-sized to large organizations
• Experience gathering requirements, leading workshops, and translating business needs into technical solutions
• Experience working within large multidisciplinary teams
