Principal Insurance Platform Architect

This Principal Architect supports the Insurance Platform within the Architecture Practice. The role provides proactive technical advice to Insurance technology executives while influencing medium- and longer-term roadmaps. Success requires deep architecture expertise, Insurance industry knowledge, organizational savvy, and exceptional communication and influencing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Align stakeholders on architecture and infrastructure aspects of product strategy
• Define architectural priorities and advise on technology trade-offs
• Review delivery blueprints against target states and enterprise standards
• Oversee complex applications and infrastructure projects
• Own platform architecture strategies, policies, and technology roadmaps

Requirements:

• 15+ years of technical and architecture experience
• Five years in senior solution or enterprise architecture
• Insurance or Financial Services industry experience
• Experience with AWS and Azure clouds
• Knowledge of Guidewire Suite is an asset
