As Principal Oracle EPM Cloud Planning Consultant, you shape enterprise planning strategy and delivery at scale. You lead multi-disciplinary teams, engage executive stakeholders, and act as a technical authority across Oracle EPM Cloud Planning programmes in government, public sector, and enterprise clients. This role blends advisory leadership with delivery excellence to set standards and drive transformation. You will influence outcomes and champion best practices while enabling long-term roadmaps.

Responsibilities
  • Own full lifecycle of large-scale Oracle EPM Cloud Planning programmes
  • Lead multiple workstreams ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, quality and value
  • Provide governance, risk management and executive-level reporting
  • Act as principal design authority for Oracle EPM Cloud Planning (PBCS/EPBCS) and lead solution architecture
  • Drive advanced capability with Smart View, Data Management, Groovy rules, REST APIs and automation
  • Design connected planning solutions across Finance, FP&A, Workforce, CapEx and operational planning
  • Mentor and coach consultants; champion values and standards of excellence
  • Lead pre-sales activity including solution shaping, proposals, demos and bid responses
Key requirements
  • Extensive hands-on experience delivering Oracle EPM Cloud Planning (PBCS/EPBCS) across multiple full lifecycles
  • Proven leadership of complex, multi-stream planning transformation programmes
  • Strong technical expertise in planning models, calculations, dashboards, Smart View, Data Management, Groovy, REST integrations
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation with senior finance stakeholders
  • Ability to influence decision-making, manage complexity and perform under pressure
  • Experience mentoring consultants and leading delivery teams
  • Strong commercial awareness with exposure to pre-sales and bid activity
