Principal Oracle SCM Solution Architect

As Principal Oracle SCM Solution Architect, you translate complex supply chain challenges into Oracle-enabled strategies and architectures. You will work with senior leaders to define enterprise-wide Oracle Cloud roadmaps and lead transformation discussions across large-scale programmes. The role blends strategic advisory, architecture leadership, and mentoring to grow Version 1’s SCM capability. You will engage CIOs and business leaders to maximise Oracle value and shape market-leading practices.

• Lead Oracle SCM solution architecture across transformation, optimisation, and cloud adoption programmes
• Advise on operating models, supply chain processes, and Oracle Cloud strategy
• Facilitate executive workshops, design authorities, and roadmap planning
• Produce architecture artefacts: options, roadmaps, operating models, and business capability assessments
• Shape end-to-end Oracle solutions spanning Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Planning, Product Management, Data, Reporting, and Integration
• Provide governance and delivery oversight across programme lifecycles
• Support governance forums and executive reviews
• Resolve complex process, integration, data, and solution challenges while maintaining architectural integrity
• Support pre-sales activities, solution shaping, client workshops, and bid responses
• Mentor consultants, contribute to best practices, and strengthen Version 1's Oracle SCM capability

• Extensive Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM experience in senior architecture, consulting, or programme leadership
• Expertise in Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Cost Management, Supply Chain Planning, Product Management, Order Management, and Supply Chain Execution
• Experience designing enterprise solutions integrating Oracle SCM with Procurement, Finance, HCM, EPM, Analytics, and Reporting
• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud, APIs and Web Services, OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and Fusion Data Intelligence
• Proven executive stakeholder engagement, influencing senior leaders and presenting strategic options
• Commercial mindset balancing value, delivery realities, and architectural best practices
• Experience with regulated environments (advantageous: Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11)
