Overview

In this role you guide customers to establish a solid ServiceNow Platform foundation and design solutions that improve outcomes. You work across executives, enterprise architects and development teams to translate goals into actionable roadmaps and architectures. You champion governance, data, integrations and platform health while aligning with leading practices. You collaborate with customers, partners and internal teams to enable long-term success and digital transformation using ServiceNow as the standard platform.

Responsibilities
  • advise on technical architecture and long-term success for ServiceNow engagements
  • define instance strategy, governance, data architecture, and integrations
  • guide customer, partner, and internal teams to deliver architectural solutions
  • build relationships with technical and business leaders to align ServiceNow with digital transformation
  • translate business goals and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint
  • position ServiceNow as the standard platform within the customer environment
  • manage technical governance and delivery operating model
  • ensure platform health and reduce technical debt aligned with leading practices
  • scope and estimate engagements and change orders for sales support
  • contribute to leading practices and maintain relevant skills/certifications
  • mentor and support professional development of others
Key requirements
  • experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making
  • 12+ years in professional services or equivalent education/experience
  • management consulting experience
  • ability to distill complex information for diverse audiences
  • industry domain expertise in SaaS
  • large program experience leading architecture and design
  • enterprise architecture experience
  • cloud application technology experience
  • right to work in the applying country
  • excellent communication to diverse audiences
