Principal Product Manager - Tech, Global App Experience

As Principal Product Manager- Tech for Prime Video, you lead end-to-end product initiatives across Living room, web and mobile, shaping cross-device experiences at scale. You will define strategy, roadmaps, and collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to bring customer-facing solutions to market. You drive data-informed decisions, influence senior stakeholders, and own ambitious improvements like telemetry excellence and customer retention. This role sits at the heart of Prime Video’s growth and innovation, offering a high-impact path to transform how customers watch across geographies.

• Own cross-client product initiatives across TV, web, and mobile
• Develop strategy and create a product roadmap to execute on vision
• Collaborate with engineering, PM, design, operations, finance, legal, content, and executives to launch products
• Grow product opportunities and enhance customer experience
• Extend focus to telemetry excellence and customer retention initiatives

• Experience with end-to-end product delivery
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience in technical product management, program management or engineering
• Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent experience
