Overview

In this role you will design scalable, low-code configuration solutions on the Intelex platform and explore AI-assisted approaches to validate product ideas. You’ll work inside product squads translating customer needs into technical roadmap inputs, guiding build-versus-partner decisions, and ensuring partner integrations align with strategy. You’ll blend hands-on solution building with mentoring and process-informing activities to scale impact across hundreds of customers.

Responsibilities
  • Design and build advanced configuration solutions on the Intelex platform for complex use cases
  • Advance solutions through Build 1, Build 2 and Build 3 maturity stages with growing customer scope
  • Identify patterns to generalize solutions beyond one-offs
  • Partner with Engineering for smooth productization handoffs
  • Translate customer pain points into technical requirements for product squads
  • Participate in VOC sessions and occasional customer site visits
  • Contribute to build-versus-partner decisions leveraging platform capabilities and ecosystem
  • Educate internal teams on platform capabilities and partner offerings
  • Collaborate with Partnerships to establish development guidelines
  • Mentor team members on best practices and scalable configuration patterns
  • Contribute to Rapid Validation Playbook and share cross-team learnings
Key requirements
  • 4-6 years building solutions on low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, OutSystems, Mendix, PowerApps, Intelex)
  • 2+ years Intelex platform experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to scale solutions from prototype to production for large customer bases
  • Strong systems thinking and pattern recognition for generalization
  • Experience in product-focused environments with rapid iteration
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems and integrations
  • Comfort with ambiguity and evolving processes
