Overview
As a ProServe Cloud Architect, you design and lead tailored AWS solutions that deliver customer business outcomes. You bridge sales and delivery, ensuring solutions are realistic, scalable, and secure, while shaping the engagement to maximize value and SOW success. You mentor teams, share reusable artifacts, and stay ahead on industry trends to address customer challenges. This role combines deep technical leadership with client advisory to drive cloud transformation and high CSAT. You will work across cross-functional teams to realize strategic outcomes.
Responsibilities- Design complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions to achieve customer business outcomes
- Provide technical guidance and best practices during sales and implementation phases
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Delivery Teams to ensure proposed solutions are realistic and achievable
- Act as a trusted advisor on industry trends and emerging technologies
- Share knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts
- 10+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise IT projects
- Experience with IT compliance and risk management (security, privacy, SOX, HIPAA)
- Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile/iterative methodologies
- Executive stakeholder management
- Strong communication and collaboration
- Mentoring and training mindset
- Experience implementing AWS services in distributed computing environments
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman)
- Understanding of security and compliance standards across enterprise IT
