Overview

In this role you enable Technical Architects and Leads to deliver high-quality Salesforce-driven solutions and support the broader Technical Delivery Team. You’ll shape onboarding, career development, and training, while driving reusable patterns and templates. You collaborate with Pre-Sales and Service Management to ensure realistic delivery plans and smooth transitions. You’ll coach teams, facilitate peer reviews, and help maintain up-to-date Salesforce knowledge to sustain excellence in delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Support Technical Architects and Technical Leads to ensure adherence to BrightGen best practices
  • Guide the wider Technical Delivery Team and drive continuous role and process improvements
  • Support onboarding, mentoring, and career progression for team members
  • Define training and recruitment needs for the team and assist HR with recruitment activities
  • Ensure Salesforce certifications and knowledge stay current and guide team to achieve this
  • Lead Lunch and Learn sessions and help others present them
  • Develop and promote reusable assets (design patterns, components) and align technical templates for consistency
  • Enable peer reviews across projects and review/approve proposed solutions
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Sales to ensure feasible solutions, estimates, and timelines
  • Coordinate with Service Manager to transition projects into Service Management
  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects and large-scale Salesforce delivery initiatives
Key requirements
  • Certified Salesforce-related qualifications (various listed)
  • Deep understanding of declarative and coded approaches on Salesforce
  • Expert knowledge of Lightning Components (desirable)
  • Experience with sharing and security on Salesforce and SSO
  • Strong communication across all levels, including C-Level
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of deal implications
  • Experience leading multiple technical deliveries and large teams
  • Experience designing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds and data migrations
