Overview

As a Principal Salesforce Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions within an asset management environment. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to translate complex needs into robust technical designs and drive platform strategy. You’ll mentor engineers and uphold engineering excellence through best practices, testing, and CI/CD. This role offers the opportunity to shape a high-impact Salesforce platform at a leading asset manager.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and declarative tools
  • Build integrations with enterprise systems via APIs, MuleSoft, and event-driven patterns
  • Promote engineering best practices including code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, and DevOps
  • Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Mentor engineers and contribute to platform strategy, standards, and technical excellence
Key requirements
  • Extensive Salesforce development and engineering experience
  • Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Salesforce integrations, and platform architecture
  • Experience with MuleSoft, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile delivery
  • Financial Services or Asset Management experience preferred
