Overview
In this role you will help evolve ThousandEyes’ technologies within Cisco’s broader portfolio, shipping new features that improve digital experience across networks. You will collaborate with product and engineering leaders to drive integration with Cisco wireless and security offerings and leverage AI for self-service issue diagnosis and automated remediation. You’ll represent the engineering voice across the company, contribute to building and operating complex systems, and focus on continuously improving developer productivity. This is a hands-on, high-impact opportunity to shape next-generation network reliability at scale.
Responsibilities- Partner with product and engineering leaders to evolve technologies and ship new features
- Drive integration of ThousandEyes technology into Cisco wireless and security product portfolios
- Leverage AI to deliver capabilities like self-service issue diagnosis and automated remediation
- Be an effective voice for the engineering team across the company
- Contribute to building and operating complex systems
- Champion initiatives to improve developer productivity
- 4+ years in technical leadership designing and maintaining large-scale distributed production systems
- Experience delivering large-scale internet products with cross-functional collaboration
- Mentored software engineers at various levels
- Proven ability to measurably improve developer productivity
- Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or C++ and building production-grade applications
