Principal Software Engineer

In this role you will lead architecture and development of high-performance, secure communication systems. You will mentor engineers and drive best practices across the software lifecycle, collaborating with the Software Team to ensure reliability and scalability. You will tackle low-latency, high-volume data processing challenges and guide the platform’s technical vision aligned with business goals. • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of high-performance, resilient, and secure communication systems using C#/.NET
• Develop robust, low-latency applications handling high-volume data traffic (messaging queues, real-time processing)
• Drive technical vision and strategy for the platform, aligning with long-term business goals and standards
• Conduct code reviews, establish coding standards, and implement CI/CD pipelines
• Troubleshoot complex issues to maximize uptime and reliability
• Mentor mid-level and senior developers to foster technical excellence and innovation

• Degree in relevant discipline
• 10+ years of professional software development experience with C#/.NET (including .NET Core/.NET 5+)
• Deep expertise in designing and developing scalable, distributed systems (microservices)
• Experience with Web Applications
• Proven experience with protocols and technologies for high-availability systems (TCP/IP, gRPC, Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Expertise in performance tuning, concurrency, and multithreading for low-latency processing
• Strong understanding of security principles for critical infrastructure
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership
• UI front-end frameworks such as WPF, MVVM, MVP, or MVC
