Overview

You will architect and deliver high-performance, scalable systems using the Microsoft tech stack, working closely with cross-functional Agile teams. You’ll lead development efforts, promote best practices, and ensure on-time delivery while driving the adoption of AI initiatives such as chatbots. Reporting to the CTO, you gain visibility and influence in a fast-growing FinTech scale-up. This role blends technical leadership with strategic impact, including collaboration across the business to shape technical direction.

Pay / Benefits
  • Salary to 120k
  • Bonus ~20%

Responsibilities
  • Architect and build scalable, high-performance solutions using C#/.NET
  • Promote software engineering best practices and SOLID design principles
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams in two-week sprints
  • Drive AI initiatives and explore chatbot and automation opportunities
  • Ensure delivery to schedule and maintain high-quality code
  • Partner with the CTO and provide technical leadership with visibility into outcomes
Key requirements
  • Strong C# backend development skills
  • Experience with Python
  • Good knowledge of AWS
  • Experience on highly scalable systems
  • Solid grounding in CS fundamentals (OOP, data structures, design patterns)
  • Interest in Artificial Intelligence and related tools
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning and organizational skills
