Overview

In this role you design, build, and maintain advanced AI-enabled software products within JPMorganChase's CDAO Technology Group. You collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product owners to deliver production-ready solutions that scale. You tackle long-term projects at the intersection of software, cybersecurity, and AI infrastructure, driving innovation and business growth. You contribute to a culture of inclusion and technical excellence, shaping governance, security, and operational reliability for enterprise AI workflows. This is a high-impact opportunity to push AI from concept to trusted, scalable production in a financial services context.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product owners to deliver products to production
  • Build and maintain data pipelines for analytics, model evaluation, and training with versioning, compliance, and validation
  • Develop innovative software solutions and troubleshoot complex problems beyond routine approaches
  • Provide feedback to improve architecture governance practices
  • Create secure, high-quality production code and review others' code
  • Maintain algorithms that run in sync with required systems
  • Identify patterns in data to improve code hygiene and system architecture
  • Provide technical guidance to business teams and vendors
  • Architect and govern AI-enabled engineering workflows to improve delivery speed, code quality, and scalability, with guardrails for validation, security, resiliency, and reuse
  • Apply SDLC toolchain knowledge, including AI-assisted development and automation, to scale automation value
Key requirements
  • Proven programming/scripting skills with Python, Golang, TypeScript in an AWS/Cloud environment
  • Experience with GPT, LLM, RAG, Gen AI, and Prompt Engineering technologies
  • Experience debugging and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern languages and database querying
  • Experience with agile methodologies such as CI/CD, resilience, and security
  • Strong understanding of software applications and related technical processes (APIs, concurrency, etc.)
  • Ability to create complex, scalable coding solutions using appropriate design frameworks
