Overview
In this role, you will own end-to-end delivery of critical trading technology for Corporate Credit Derivative workflows. You’ll collaborate with trading, strats and COO, aligning business needs with robust software solutions to improve trader efficiency, platform performance, and time-to-market. You will lead design and implementation while guiding cross-functional teams and contractors, with a focus on scaling and reliability in a frontier AI-enabled environment.

- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Java/.Net development experience
- Experience with AI for support, development, and design
- Object-oriented programming with legacy and new systems
- Ability to work in a globally distributed team
- Experience with latest AI agents
- Data structures, design patterns, and collections
- Multi-threaded programming
- Proven track record of delivery, technical leadership and software project management
- Preferred Scala and Python knowledge
- Preferred hands-on experience with Agentic/ Frontier tools (e.g., Claude Code, Copilot and Sourcegraph AMP)
