Principal Software Engineer - SoC SW Productisation

In this role you will lead a local software team focused on validating and productising Arm’s infrastructure system solutions. You’ll drive scalable test infrastructure, CI, and quality metrics across pre-silicon and silicon environments, collaborating with global engineering, quality, and release teams. The position combines hands-on technical leadership with people management to deliver production-ready infrastructure platforms at scale. • Lead and develop a software team, providing technical direction and career growth while remaining hands-on
• Drive validation and productisation plans for Infrastructure System Solutions to readiness criteria
• Advance scalable test infrastructure, CI, regression capabilities, and quality metrics across the lifecycle
• Coordinate cross-location collaboration to manage dependencies and resolve system-level issues in pre-silicon and silicon environments

• Experience in complex system software with a background in SoC, firmware, platform software or system-level validation
• Proven line management experience with hands-on technical leadership
• Strong knowledge of software quality, validation methodologies, automated testing, CI and readiness for complex systems
