Principal, Strategic Finance

Partnering with business, product, and analytics leaders, the remote eligible Principal, Strategic Finance will manage investment decision support, performance management, and full funnel analytics for Airbnb's incubation businesses, including Luxe and Monthly Stays. Key Responsibilities Build business cases for major investment decisions, sizing opportunities and modeling returns Own performance management for the incubation portfolio, including forecasting and executive reporting Track and analyze full funnel performance, identifying areas for improvement and quantifying their value Required Qualifications 10+ years of relevant experience in strategic finance, consulting, or financial analysis Advanced SQL proficiency for data extraction and analysis Exceptional financial modeling skills and experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis Strong strategic thinking abilities with a focus on translating data into actionable decisions Proven experience presenting to senior leadership and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
