As Principal Systems Engineer, you will drive the development of military land and aerospace systems. You’ll work within a multi-disciplinary team to translate stakeholder needs into realizable requirements and robust architectures. You’ll oversee verification, documentation, and lifecycle changes, shaping safe, mission-critical solutions. This role offers exposure to a diverse product portfolio and a culture that values initiative, collaboration, and technical excellence. You will contribute to high-impact projects at the intersection of engineering and defence technology.

- Develop systems-engineered solutions for military lands and aerospace products
- Elicit stakeholder requirements through customer discussions
- Derive product requirements from customer needs
- Perform requirements-based verification and validation (manual and scripted)
- Produce interface control documents and system design documents
- Control and manage engineering changes across the development lifecycle
- Prepare technical proposals including estimations and presentations
- Provide technical oversight and mentoring to other Systems Engineers
- Minimum 5 years of Systems Engineering experience
- Engineering or science degree (preferably in systems engineering)
- Ability to operate in a multi-discipline team
- Microsoft Office (Visio, Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of Configuration Management Tools
- Independent working style with initiative
- Attention to detail in requirements and documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication in a multi-disciplinary context
- Systems engineering discipline knowledge
- DO-178/DO-254 or IEC61508 awareness (desirable)
- MATLAB and Simulink familiarity (desirable)
