As Principal Systems Engineer, you provide technical leadership across the design, development and support of SEA's naval and undersea protection systems. You will lead defined work packages, mentor project teams and manage requirements through the full lifecycle. You will contribute technical input to bids and oversee integration, qualification, and production readiness. The role offers hybrid working across Beckington, Bristol or Barnstaple, with some site visits, and opportunities to shape advanced, mission-critical systems.
