Principal Systems Engineer

In this role you will lead systems engineering work for our next-generation military and aerospace products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into realizable requirements and drive verification, validation, and documentation. You’ll mentor engineers and oversee engineering changes across projects, shaping safe, reliable solutions for high-stakes environments. • Develop systems engineering solutions for military land and aerospace applications
• Elicit and translate customer requirements through discussions with stakeholders
• Derive product requirements from customer needs and ensure traceability
• Conduct requirements-based verification and validation (manual and scripted)
• Produce interface control, system design and supporting documents
• Control and manage engineering changes across the development lifecycle
• Prepare technical proposals with estimations and presentations
• Provide technical oversight and mentorship within project teams

• 5+ years of Systems Engineering experience
• Engineering or science degree (preferably in systems engineering)
• Ability to operate within a multi-discipline team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Visio, Excel, Word)
• Experience with configuration management tools
