Principal Systems Engineer – National, 24/7 High-Availability

NHS England is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer to provide hands-on engineering and technical leadership for national, highly available distributed systems built and run within NHS England. You will drive engineering maturity and lead broader initiatives across the directorate.

You will also represent System Engineering at a senior level, coordinate with stakeholders, and support a 24/7 service, with on-call rotation and security requirements.
