Overview

In this role you drive integration architecture and delivery on the nCino/Force.com platform for financial institutions. You will shape how integrations are built, lead multi-project efforts, and leverage AI/ML to enhance solutions. You work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable designs, ensuring quality and timely delivery. This role combines hands-on development with architectural leadership to enable transformative customer outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership for integrating nCino with third-party systems using the nCino Integration Framework
  • Co-lead integrations from external systems into the nCino platform with multiple technical approaches
  • Document integration methodologies and testing requirements for projects
  • Develop and document Salesforce solutions including requirements, design, and deployment
  • Evaluate vendor APIs and interfaces
  • Manage multiple projects with a focus on quality and timely delivery
  • Translate customer requirements into implementation plans
  • Support sales and pre-sales activities with technical expertise
  • Leverage AI/ML to enhance integration frameworks, design, and automation
  • Stay informed on emerging AI technologies and identify scalable, secure integration opportunities
Key requirements
  • 8+ years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree or 6+ years with a Master/Advanced degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to design and defend architectural designs for integrations (and some UI components)
  • Experience supporting a DevOps process and diverse SD practices
  • Proficiency in documenting complex solutions and customer-facing docs
  • Salesforce Dev401 certification
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced knowledge of data management, SQL, and RDBMS
  • Experience with ETL/integration platforms
  • Financial services experience
  • Experience with Salesforce.com developer toolkit IDE, Migration Tool, Web Services
  • Exposure to Salesforce.com configuration and custom development
  • Strong understanding of OO concepts and design patterns
  • Apex, SOQL, XML, JavaScript experience (listed in desired)
  • Object-oriented languages knowledge (Java, Ruby, C#, C++)
  • ETL/integration platforms familiarity (e.g., Cast Iron, Informatica, SnapLogic)
