Full Time

Location:Maldon, CM9 5DL

2 days per week on site, 3 days work from home

The role:

• Support the daytoday management, workflow and prioritisation of Technical Support and Validation Officers
• Act as a point of escalation for complex or sensitive customer and internal enquiries
• Help drive service improvement, consistency and resilience across Development Management processes
• Support staff development, performance management and training

The experience you will bring:

• Strong experience in Development Management and/or Building Control environments
• Confidence managing workflows, priorities and competing demands
• The ability to support and develop others through coaching, guidance and clear communication
• Experience contributing to business or process improvement initiatives
• A customerfocused approach, with the confidence to handle complex or contentious enquiries
