Overview

In this role you will lead and contribute to embedded software projects across diverse customers from startups to global companies. You work within a collaborative team to design low-level embedded solutions on ARM platforms, leveraging C/Assembler and RTOS. You will mentor junior engineers and, over time, pursue management responsibilities in a growing, long-tenured engineering culture. The position combines hands-on development with leadership opportunities in a technically challenging domain.

Responsibilities
  • lead and contribute to embedded software design for ARM-based systems
  • review and guide colleagues’ work; mentor junior engineers
  • develop in low-level Embedded C/Assembler and RTOS environments
  • work on networking components (TCP/UDP) within embedded systems
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
  • progress toward management responsibilities within a supportive, experienced team
Key requirements
  • 5yrs+ experience in embedded software
  • low-level Embedded C/Assembler programming
  • Embedded Systems Design
  • ARM Architecture
  • Real Time Operating Systems experience
  • Networking knowledge (TCP/UDP)
  • advantageous: automotive or medical sector experience
  • team leadership or readiness to step into a leadership role
