Private Client Partner

In this role you will lead the Private Client practice at an established Legal 500 regional firm in Redhill. You will build and manage your own client base, handle high‑quality private client work for HNW individuals, and mentor junior lawyers while shaping the team’s direction. The opportunity combines autonomy with the backing of a regional platform to grow a long‑term practice. You’ll influence strategy, drive business development, and raise the profile of the Private Client group in Surrey.

• Lead complex wills, probate, estate administration and trusts for HNW clients
• Mentor and develop junior lawyers
• Drive business development and raise Private Client profile in Surrey
• Influence strategy and contribute to the Redhill office direction
• Collaborate with Partners to identify opportunities and grow client base
• Build a scalable practice with established regional support

• 8+ PQE in Private Client
• Currently at Partner, Legal Director or senior leadership
• Strong technical experience across wills, probate, trusts and estate administration
• Experience with HNW clients and complex matters
• Established client following and/or strong BD track record
• Confident relationship-builder and capable of developing new opportunities
• Able to lead, mentor and develop other lawyers
• Commercially minded with interest in growing a practice
• Collaborative and approachable at Partner level
