You'll have the autonomy to develop your own client base, lead high-quality private client work, mentor lawyers around you and have a genuine influence on the direction and growth of the team.If you've built a strong reputation in Private Client, have established client relationships and are commercially minded, this is an opportunity to join a firm that will give you the platform and support to build something of your own.The OpportunityThis is a hands-on Partner role with genuine scope to shape the practice:Develop your own client base and build on your existing relationships and networkLead on complex Private Client matters including wills, probate, estate administration and trusts for HNW individuals and familiesGrow the team by mentoring and developing junior lawyersDrive business development and raise the profile of the Private Client practice across the Surrey marketInfluence strategy and contribute to the wider direction of the Redhill officeWork collaboratively with other Partners across the firm to identify opportunities and develop clientsBuild a long-term practice with the backing, infrastructure and resources of an established regional firmYou'll have the freedom to develop your own approach while benefiting from an established platform, existing client relationships and a supportive wider team.The FirmA highly regarded Legal 500 regional firm with a strong reputation across Surrey and the wider South East.The firm has built its reputation through long-standing client relationships, quality work and a collaborative culture.
