Private Client Senior Associate/Partner

In this senior role you will lead and grow the private client practice, building your own client base within a respected regional firm. You will mentor junior lawyers, shape the team, and drive the Redhill office’s growth toward a clear Partnership path. You’ll handle high-quality wills, probate, estate administration and trusts for high-net-worth clients, delivering strategic, client-centric solutions. • 8+ PQE in Private Client law
• Proven track record of bringing in work and building client relationships
