Private Equity Associate - Infrastructure

Our client is an established, mid‑market infrastructure investment firm focused on acquiring, developing, and growing essential infrastructure businesses across a range of sectors, including energy and power, digital infrastructure, transportation, and other critical infrastructure assets..

The firm is looking to add an Investment Associate to its growing team. The successful candidate will work closely with senior investment professionals across the full investment lifecycle, including sourcing and evaluating new opportunities, executing transactions, conducting financial analysis, and supporting portfolio company initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, infrastructure investing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated interest in infrastructure investing, energy, or other real asset sectors.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Experience with transaction execution and due diligence processes.
