Private Equity Fund Accounting Associate

Apply advanced Excel and fund accounting expertise as a fully remote Associate supporting private equity and venture capital engagements at Securitize.

Securitize seeks a professional with financial markets and fund accounting foundations. The Associate will support approximately 10-20 client engagements involving private investments and cryptocurrency assets. This position focuses on the fund accounting lifecycle, accurate client deliverables, and professional daily communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accounting data for approximately 10-20 client engagements
• Reconcile portfolio and cash activity to source data
• Accrue fund expenses according to GAAP
• Prepare quarterly net asset value reporting
• Draft financial statements and coordinate year-end audits

Requirements:

• Three-plus years in fund or public accounting
• Experience with closed-end private investment funds
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting or finance
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Practical cryptocurrency asset experience
