Private Equity Fund Controller

Lead fund accounting and financial reporting at Standish, managing capital accounts and client administration operations. Occasional local travel to client sites is required.

As Fund Controller, you will work with team members and the Engagement Manager on client financial operations. The position covers fund accounting, capital account maintenance, financial statement preparation, and investor reporting. Private equity, venture capital, or partnership accounting knowledge is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise audit and tax preparation processes
• Prepare data for capital calls, distributions, and allocations
• Track portfolio company financings in detail
• Manage and forecast cash flow
• Assist with quarterly Limited Partner reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics preferred
• Two or more years of public accounting experience
• CPA certification is a plus
• Private equity or venture capital experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
