Private Equity Investment Associate

Apply investment analysis and valuation skills as a Private Equity Associate supporting an in-person investments team in Toronto.

As a Private Equity Associate, you will support sourcing, diligence, and execution alongside seasoned investment professionals. You will evaluate industry sectors, public securities, and private companies while preparing analysis for senior personnel. The team works in person at Yonge and St. Clair.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research industry sectors, public securities, and private companies
• Conduct valuation analysis for investment opportunities
• Prepare financial models and expected return scenarios
• Perform due diligence on companies, management, merits, and risks
• Monitor portfolio financial and operational performance

Requirements:

• Two to three years of relevant experience
• Undergraduate degree with strong academic standing
• Strong applied investment and valuation analysis understanding
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
• Ability to interpret incomplete or ambiguous information
