As an Analyst, Transaction Services, you will run transactions from handshake to closing, delivering exceptional service to investors, sellers, and legal counsel while helping clients unlock value in the private market.

You will manage processes, maintain templates, support investor relations, compile documents, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to move deals to close.
