Privileged Access Analyst

In this role you will support secure infrastructure and privileged access services that connect internal teams to customer environments. You’ll join the Customer Enablement team within Group Infrastructure Services, contributing to the operation and evolution of PAM, CyberArk, and related platforms. You will troubleshoot across Windows Server, VMware and networked components, and drive improvements through automation and well-maintained runbooks. This position offers hands-on experience with industry-leading security tooling in a growth-focused cyber security context. You will work with cross-functional teams to maintain security, service levels and a calm, collaborative incident response.

• Provide operational support across Windows Server, VMware and related infrastructure in central and customer environments
• Perform health checks, patching, configuration changes, and lifecycle activities
• Investigate incidents to determine root cause across apps, OS, servers or network
• Develop knowledge of CyberArk, Citrix and MOVEit and take ownership of day-to-day operations
• Work within ITIL incident, problem and change processes and contribute to root-cause analysis
• Maintain runbooks, knowledge articles, and records ensuring security and compliance
• Collaborate with service teams, specialists and vendors to resolve issues
• Identify opportunities to improve reliability and efficiency through scripting or automation

• Strong hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Windows Server or Wintel infrastructure
• Active Directory knowledge
• Experience with virtualised infrastructure, ideally VMware vSphere or ESXi
• Broad technical troubleshooting and networking awareness
• Production/SLA-driven environment experience and ITIL familiarity
• Understanding of infrastructure security, patching, access control, vulnerability remediation and system hardening
• Clear communication and accurate documentation, collaborative incident resolution
• Willingness to obtain SC clearance and participate in on-call rota
• CyberArk or wider PAM experience is highly desirable
• Exposure to Linux, Citrix, MOVEit, PowerShell or Entra ID; training available
