Privileged Access Management Platform Lead

Strengthen Mackenzie Investments’ privileged access platform in Toronto or Winnipeg through Vault services, automation, and secure operational discipline.

This Senior Manager, Platform Engineering position specializes in Privileged Access Management Vault engineering. You will validate secrets engines, dynamic credentials, PKI, and encryption-as-a-service against architecture and security standards. You will also reinforce runbooks, service objectives, change discipline, and secret rotation policies across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate Vault services and enablement tooling against standards
• Define runbooks, service objectives, and change discipline
• Reinforce secret rotation and revocation policy adoption
• Improve seal, unseal, token, and lease telemetry
• Mentor communities and share platform engineering practices

Requirements:

• Progressive experience delivering enterprise platform services
• Hands-on HashiCorp Vault administration and engineering
• CyberArk Conjur administration and engineering experience
• Strong reliability, security, usability, and cost judgment
• Experience embedding responsible AI-enabled platform tooling
