About Us
One of a Kind Clinical Research Center LLC is a clinical research site in Kingwood, TX, working in partnership with Houston Regional Gastroenterology (HRGI). We conduct clinical trials that help bring new treatments to patients, and we're looking for a dependable PRN NP or PA to join our team.

The Role
We're seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to perform physical exams and other research assessments for study participants enrolled in our clinical trials. The number of exams varies week to week based on study activity, and compensation is paid on a per-assessment basis.

This role is ideal for a provider who wants to fill gaps in their day, add supplemental income, or gain experience in clinical research, all without a fixed schedule commitment.

Schedule

• Clinic hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Most physical exams are scheduled before 1:00 PM
• Flexible, as-needed scheduling

Responsibilities

• Perform protocol-required physical exams on clinical trial participants
• Conduct other research assessments as needed (e.g., review of medical history, vital signs, adverse event assessment)
• Document findings accurately in source documents per study protocol and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
• Communicate clinically relevant findings to the Principal Investigator and study coordinators
• Follow study protocols and site procedures

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Texas license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Current BLS certification
• Strong physical assessment skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, professional, and comfortable working with diverse patient populations
• Clinical research experience and GCP certification are a plus but not required; training can be provided
• Gastroenterology experience is a plus

• Paid per physical exam / assessment
