Proactive IT Infrastructure Technician

Prevent IT incidents at MYTECHNICIAN through proactive infrastructure maintenance, cybersecurity, and client-site support across Quebec. Help make environments more reliable.

This technician role supports client environments through preventive visits and proactive management. You will maintain servers, networks, backups, and infrastructure while addressing technical risks. The work also includes security patches, monitoring, documentation, and collaboration with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventive visits and proactive maintenance activities
• Maintain servers, networks, backups, and IT infrastructure
• Identify, address, and follow up on technical risks
• Apply required cybersecurity patches across client environments
• Update technical debt registers and recommend improvements

Requirements:

• Minimum three years relevant IT infrastructure experience
• Hands-on MSP or multi-client environment experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows Server
• Networking, backups, cybersecurity, and monitoring experience
• Bilingual French and English with a valid driver's licence
