Process Architect

My client, within Financial Services, is looking for a Process Architect for an initial 6 Month Contract.

This role will be central to optimizing business process design, ensuring operational excellence, and guiding the transition to a scalable Day 2 operational model.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Define, model, and document future-state business processes using BPMN and industry best practices.
• Business Process Analysis & Transformation
• Analyse current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design process improvements that drive business value.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
• Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and service architects to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
• Promote non-bespoke, standardized process models across the organization to support strategic objectives.
• Process Automation
• Identify automation opportunities, support roadmap creation, and collaborate with technology teams on delivery.
• Monitoring & Evaluation
• Establish KPIs and governance mechanisms to monitor ongoing process performance and continuous improvement.
• Subject Matter Expertise
• Provide guidance and mentoring on process design and architecture standards across programs and initiatives.
• Extensive experience in Business Process Management (BPM), with strong skills in BPMN and modelling tools.
• Proven ability to simplify complex, inefficient or broken processes and design scalable, effective solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical domains.
• Familiarity with automation tools and supporting enterprise-scale transitions.
• A background in both business and technology transformation contexts is highly desirable.
