Overview
As Process Architect at Veeva, you lead the shift from document-centric to data-centric validation within Vault. You map legacy processes into structured, searchable data and guide customers through digitalization of commissioning, qualification, and validation. You own tooling and methods to migrate data across Vault environments and support enterprise deployments. This is a customer-facing, work‑anywhere role focused on delivering efficient, compliant validation workflows that scale.

- Collaborate with customers to extract requirements from legacy Word documents and map them into structured Vault environments
- Reconcile customer metadata to ensure data alignment across the validation lifecycle
- Execute bulk data loads and manage staged data for workshops and process exercises
- Advise customers on best practices for importing and utilizing Validation Management for digitalized workflows
- Build and maintain libraries of digital records and examples to support template implementations
- Develop and own specialized tooling/methodologies to migrate/manage data across Vault environments
- Perform billable project work across service tiers from artifact mapping to enterprise deployments
- Partner with strategy, services, and business consulting teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience across validation domains
- 5+ years in life sciences validation with deep technical understanding of CSV/A and CQV lifecycles for facilities, utilities, and manufacturing equipment
- Customer-facing consulting or billable professional services experience with ability to lead technical workshops and advise executives
- Experience mapping complex business processes into standardized data languages to enable paperless validation
- Strong knowledge of risk-based qualification and standards like ASTM E2500, ISPE Baseline Guides, Annex 15
- Proficiency with bulk data loading tools and data integrity in cloud-based platforms
- Strong analytical skills for identifying gaps between legacy data and system templates
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Bioengineering, Electrical, or related technical field)
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% (typical ~15%)
