In this role you drive end-to-end process transformation within Merchant . You partner with cross-functional teams to redesign onboarding and lifecycle processes, enabling a frictionless, world-class merchant experience at scale. You leverage data to identify challenges, present actionable designs, and lead AI-powered automation initiatives. You operate in a fast-paced, global environment and help frontline teams adopt AI tools for sustainable impact. Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement processes supporting Merchant Care and Merchant Configuration teams
  • Unwind and rebuild existing processes to enable a frictionless, world-class merchant experience
  • Identify business challenges through data analysis and stakeholder collaboration
  • Present findings and design plans clearly to global stakeholders
  • Drive AI-driven process transformation and build custom workflow automations
  • Coach frontline operations analysts to accelerate AI tool adoption and foster self-sufficiency
Key requirements
  • 3+ years in operations within the payments industry, in a merchant or business support function
  • Experience with merchant onboarding and post-onboarding lifecycle; exposure to acquiring and issuing products
  • 2+ years in process excellence across global teams and multiple locations
  • Experience in end-to-end process design and future-state mapping
  • Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, agents, automations, or workflows
  • Strong problem solving, Lean & Systems thinking; ability to scale solutions across teams
  • Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments managing multiple projects
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
