Overview
In this role you will lead end-to-end process design and optimization across the organization, translating strategy into actionable roadmaps. You will work with the Center of Excellence and stakeholders to identify pain points, prioritize opportunities, and drive improvements that reduce costs and boost efficiency. You will develop training materials and run workshops to embed new processes and ensure adoption. This position offers visibility into strategic initiatives and a chance to shape how essential insights are generated and applied across the business.

- Monitor End-to-End Process Performance and identify opportunities
- Prioritize and secure funding for process improvement opportunities
- Drive process improvements including training and mapping current/to-be workflows
- Collaborate with CoE and Value Consultants to inform business cases
- Coordinate with configuration teams and stakeholders for testing and adherence to designs
- Bachelor’s degree in Process Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
