Cenovus’s New Grad Program offers three consecutive 12-month rotations across varied business areas. You will address operational technology challenges in upstream oil and gas operations. The work combines engineering problem-solving with software development, industrial data, and production optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and IT/OT teams
• Analyze production data for trends, anomalies, and inefficiencies
• Develop scripts, calculations, data models, and integrations
• Support engineering tools, dashboards, APIs, and applications
• Investigate data quality and integration issues

Requirements:

• Engineering, Computer Science, or related degree by May 2027
• Less than two years of related professional experience
• Legal authorization to work in Canada
• Availability to begin work in June 2027
• Programming exposure, preferably Python, and analytical skills
