Overview

In this role you will transform procurement through data, technology and continuous improvement across the UK and international offices. You combine advanced analytics with ownership of procurement systems to deliver insights, optimise processes and support strategic decision-making. You will drive procurement transformation and automation, partnering with stakeholders to shape the Practice’s procurement performance and capability. Responsibilities
  • Drive procurement transformation through data, technology and continuous improvement
  • Deliver actionable insights to influence cost savings, efficiency and supplier performance
  • Own and optimise procurement systems and digital tools
  • Support strategic decision-making with analytics and KPIs
  • Lead automation initiatives and process improvements across the function
  • Partner with stakeholders across a global organisation to improve outcomes
  • Develop dashboards and management reporting to enable informed decisions
Key requirements
  • Strong experience in procurement analytics, reporting and data-driven insights in a strategic environment
  • Expertise in Source-to-Pay systems and procurement technology platforms
  • Advanced analytical skills with Excel, Power BI, Power Query, Tableau or similar
  • Ability to interpret complex commercial data and translate into business recommendations
  • Experience developing dashboards, KPIs and management reporting
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with cross-level influence
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, solutions-focused approach with a passion for continuous improvement and digital innovation
