Producing Broker

In this role you will lead the development and execution of a territory growth strategy for an independent Lloyd’s broker. You will leverage an established network and market relationships to build a profitable portfolio across international markets, while enjoying high autonomy and senior-level support. The position emphasizes strategic growth, cross-border placement, and a long-term footprint within a collaborative platform. You will work with market-facing and technical teams to expand distribution and strengthen partnerships, both in London Market and abroad.

• Develop and grow a profitable portfolio within an agreed territory or specialist area
• Generate and convert new business opportunities across insurance and/or reinsurance markets
• Build and maintain relationships with cedants, insurers, MGAs, coverholders, intermediaries, and carriers
• Work closely with market-facing and technical teams to structure and place business effectively
• Identify strategic growth opportunities and contribute to broader business development initiatives
• Represent the business within the London Market and internationally where required
• Maintain strong awareness of market developments, competitor activity, and territory trends
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance standards
